Customer service is a top priority for us at The Rack Spot. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days in new condition and with its original packaging for a full refund.

If you're ever dissatisfied with an item purchased at The Rack Spot, we encourage you to bring it back so we can help find a better solution. We accept returns on all items (except tire chains) within 30 days from original purchase date. Our doors are always open to help you with any issues you may be having and answer all your rack questions.
All special orders returned to the store will require a 20% restocking fee.
